I’ve been working on a couple of really fun e-design boards lately. I just finished up this one last week and I love it. I believe it’s the first time I’ve ever used Chiang Mai in an e-design plan. As promised I thought I’d just share a couple of sources with you from this board. One of my favorites is this mirror from Z Gallerie. I am obsessed with it. I’ve seen it in person and it really is such a “wow” statement piece. I also am in love with this lucite table from CB2. Lucite tables are actually pretty expensive. So even though the CB2 one is small I think it’s a great deal. This one is a good option if you are looking for a bigger table.
One thing that was a little difficult for my client to embrace was the Chiang Mai because of the price tag. But I assured her it was worth it! I always stress the importance of good fabrics in a space. Beautiful pillows lift up everything in a room and are always worth the investment in my opinion.

I always love the way you use color! I purchased a pair of Chiang Mai pillows with money I received for Christmas (and it was still difficult for me), but I love them SO much!!! I have had the CB2 lucite console table on my wish list for awhile, and I completely agree with you on the mirror!
I like that dotty yellow cushion!
Love the Zgallery mirror, wish we had that store overhere.
Great E-design board!
Loving all of the fun colors! I especially love the mirror, it's gorgeous!!
Love the fabric!! Such a great board!
Totally agree, a little fabulous fabric goes a long way- chaing mai is a must! Adore it. Also loving the budget friendly lucite and fabulous mirror. Great work!
What a great board. Love the colors together. I really love that lamp you used!
Beautiful design board! I'm sold! 🙂
agreed, great fabrics are worth it!
i'm sold as well!!! xo
Love this color scheme — and that tufted bench is really cute!
What a fun e- design board. I went into the z gallery for the first time this Christmas when we were down visiting Salt Lake. I fell in love, and wished I lived closer to one!
I agree! Speaking of fabrics, have you seen any of the Iman line of fabric at Calico Corners? What do you think about them? Have you used any in a clients home?
Cheers!
I couldn't agree more on the pillows! And that print is so stinkin' amazing! Good pillows are like investment pieces for your wardrobe…(c:
Love it thanks for the tip on good priced lucite 🙂
I have those exact Schumacher pillows, but more of the dragon is showing in mine! I love them, as they go with everything. Also, I find lucite tables on Craigslist all of the time!!!
I love how it all ties together with the pillow!
What a gorgeous design board! LOVE the bright happy colors, and love love LOVE the Z Gallerie mirror (I've been obsessing about that one too lately =)

Man, I am in love with Chiang Mai as well. I have a huge sample with these grommets in it (they are so clever that way – keeping you from making pillows out of memos)….. there is no way to work around the awkward placement of the grommets. I'm going to have to suck it up and buy me some of that fabric.
Chiang Mai is my love! : )
We just saw your before and after on Design Sponge! Congratulations! Love the room, and this mood board too of course. All our lovin, Abode!
Love all these pieces:)
Great design board, perfect us of color and pattern. I am in love with the ottoman!! KS
This looks so great! I have a lot of colors going on in my living room and, while I love it, I sometimes think it's too much. Do you suggest grounding a colorful room with a neutral rug like this? We've got the yellow PB moorish tile rug in our living room and I always wonder if a more neutral rug will help with the flow of the colors. What do you think?
