Another year, another parade of homes. This year I hit up the parade with one of my good friends, Mandy. I was slightly disappointed with most of the homes this year. But there were a couple that got me really excited.
I really loved Home #17 built by Davies Homes.
Here were a few of my other favorite. I can’t remember what number they were.
I have to say my very favorite was number 14.
It was built by Hatfield Homes. They did a tremendous job.
all of the pictures of this home were found here.
I am looking forward to the Salt Lake Parade happening later this summer. They always have a great group of homes.
I love #14 too! That blue chandelier is totally swoon worthy! Loved your guest post over at Helena's so I came over here for more greatness. xo
SO glad you loved Home #14!! YAY! You can find more pictures of it here:

I'll have to research to see if we have anything like that in my area – what a great group of homes. And yes that #14 blew me away – everything from the front of the house to the details were really beautiful.
Love the blue chandelier in Home #14. The mirror, throw pillows and other details looks fabulous! And I love the space in image #1, too!

Very pretty parade of homes- I love love the facade of the last one- so charming!
#14 was my favorite, too. I loved the piano area the most, I think. And that neat wall in the mudroom. And I also really liked the dining area and the office. And the master bath. 🙂 I liked #17, too, especially the fridge/freezer armoire. It was, though {and I really never thought I would say this} a little too big. Unless 30 people lived there. 🙂 Did you make it out to the one by the lake? {In Saratoga Springs} I can't remember which number it was, but it was pretty nice, too.
A lot of pretty spaces!
Did you see the 5-day dream home tour that House of Turquoise did last week on house #14? I loved it! Here's the start on Day #1…

Loved the little nook in the home you mentioned as your favorite. When I attended the last parade of homes in my area I was surprised how little decorating was done to stage the homes, that's what always brought me out.
I always find myself somewhat dissapointed when I go to the Utah Parade of Homes. They need someone like yourself to get in there an design a non-typical Utah home. That last home really is incredible. I want to move in ASAP!
I think your favorite is my favorite! Love that kitchen, and those door knobs!!

Thanks for sharing! I live in Louisville, KY and we have a big home show next month (and a designer show house in the fall). They used to be THE decorating events of the year, and for the past 5 or so years they have been total disappointments. I hope every year will be different, but so far… No such luck! At least this parade of homes had a few good ones to write about! That blue chandelier alone is worth a post of its own! 🙂
What pretty homes. I too love that last one. The styling is gorgeous! I am sooo excited for the parade of homes, it's my favorite!
great inspiration

The assorted pillows on the neutral couch are so poppy and fun! That house looks like it'd be a blast to wake up to every morning!
Love Cristi's home (the last home)! I actually posted on it earlier this week. So beautiful : ) I'm jealous you got to actually be there!
I love the color of the front door on #14…and the welcoming exterior…great house.
what a bunch of absolutely GORGEOUS homes!!!!! Thanks for sharing!
Gorgeous homes!
Clearly I did go this year, but I always struggle. Many builders in the HBA are so closed minded and don't allow any creative freedom. I got YELLED at when I did the blue room.
SF has a show house with different rooms=different designers (land is hard out here.:)), and it is AMAZING what some of these amazing designers come up with. I wish I had pictures to post. It's so inspiring!!
