I only had a chance to see about 10 homes this year in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes but the few that I did see were pretty impressive.
I loved the stripe running through the window treatments and I thought the larger stripes on the stairway were a great way to break up a huge wall.
Ivory Homes knocked it out of the park in my opinion. Their homes were amazing!! Their design team is incredibly talented. I loved all of their homes. The rest of the images were all done by them.
I’ve always been a fan of Shantung Silhouette and I especially love it as curtains.
Do you spy that nailhead on the table!
I love that Tina Turk fabric used as panels outside.
I am obsessed with the amazing wingback chairs upholstered in Schumachers’ Clarendon.
Check out the red piping on these chairs.
You gotta love Imperial Trellis.
This cute bedroom was full of Serena and Lily products. I love their stuff.
Check out that Dwell Studio rug. So cool!
And some dwell studio bedding.
That roman shade is made from this fabric and I am in love!
This nursery had an entire Babar book framed. It’s such a fun and cheap idea.
I love that Schumacher Ikat. It pulls in so many great colors.
Ta da! A duvet made out of Hot House. I’ve never seen such a thing.
I wish I could have seen more homes this year. With a family, work and a busy summer schedule it is just hard to squeeze it all in!
Please keep in mind that I did not design these rooms so I can not answer questions about sourcing or the origins of products.
Impressive! I love them all. Love the use of the vibrant colors, such a breath of fresh air from the old jewel tones used a few years back. So glad to see design going in this direction.
So pretty, I love all of the touches here and the color pallets are so pretty. I love the mix of yellows and greens. That first picture has such amazing striped curtains.
These rooms are great! The best is the gray and yellow living room with the Dwell Studio rug.
Love these rooms! I think I'm going to copy those top window treatments with the one stripe. That's a great way to lengthen those pesky 84" panels that are too short!
I'm so impressed! I usually don't bother going to the Parade just because I am never very impressed. I might have to venture out this year.
Love these homes. My favorite elements are all the beautiful fabrics they used! Love that navy headboard and the glass table with nail head trims.
Thanks for the fabulous tours, Kirsten!

I am loving all these laundry rooms with the fun wallpaper. I am planning on doing one wall in the laundry room but, am tempted to do all the walls now.
Hi-Does anyone know where you can find pillows similar to the gray ones with the white geometric border?
I seriously want to live in every single room of those houses!! Love them. Thanks for the pictures
I totally loved the Ivory Home you posted as well. It was probably my favorite. I liked a lot of the same things as you. I LOVE the parade of homes! Have fun on your vacation!
I am loving some of those fabric choices. I think I love every upholstered chair you showed. Beautiful. Have fun at the wedding.
Love the use of fabric and wallpapers! I'm so inspired to wallpaper my laundry room now!
I just pinned a ton of these! Love those pages from the children's book framed…and that second picture with the white couch and the gray pillows, and that fab mirror- it has me swooning. It's like that couch was built to have that mirror over it. I'd kill for that whole thing. Seriously. 😉
Thanks for sharing! Such eye candy! Loving all of the fabric choices.
Thanks so much for sharing Kirsten! I love all of the images and the beautiful patterns and colors in these homes especially that blue headboard!
Very impressive! Ours were such a bummer this year. Seriously!
*sigh* What beautiful rooms!!!! all that lovely fabric just makes me giddy!
So many great rooms! I definitely have to get to work pinning some of these in pinterest!
What beautiful design ideas! Thanks so much for sharing. I could see you designing for one of these homes one year! 🙂
Fabulous tour! I would have loved to see these homes in person. I especially liked the fabric choices. Although some of the fabrics are seen often (trellis), all of the treatments were exceptionally well done. I saved this post in my favorites!
All best, Lynn from Decor Arts Now
I look forward to your coverage of the SLC Parade of Homes every year! These images are inspiring, as usual. But, is it me, or does the Imperial Trellis just NOT pack the same punch when railroaded? Oh well. Thanks for taking us along, Kristen 🙂
Holy wow!! I am drooling at every. single. photo. So so so gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing!
Oh my gosh. So incredible. I can't decide what i like the most. Hating my house now!
What beautiful interiors! It's a great idea to have a parade of homes!
My three favorite things: the nailhead dining table, the nailhead headboard, and the nailhead ottomans. Definitely a theme! But that's a great and unexpected detail on the table. Was it custom? And who makes the ottomans? Again, thanks for sharing!
that's it… i'm wallpapering the laundry room.
Man oh man…to have the money to do whatever I wanted! Love it all! That Babar book is awesome!
so many absolutely STUNNING rooms! Thanks so much for sharing the gorgeous inspiration!!!
Never thought I'd love a white tufted leather sofa, but wow! I'd love to know where that one is from. Also loving the dining room wall color and that lovely laundry room. Gorgeous home!
These homes are drool central!! I love the laundry room with the orange floral wallpaper.
Seriously, your parade of homes is SO much better than we have around here!
I was also in COMPLETE love with Ivory's homes! Their design team is AMAZING! I loved the one that had the Tina Turk fabric on the porch… it was my favorite Parade Home 🙂
thanks for sharing these pictures!! I was looking for some on the net because I heard it was good.

Way to go Ivory Homes! Kudos to Mia and Laura Chipman and the rest of the design team!
Hi! I HAVE to know where those floral throw pillows came from in the picture with the white couch (the one under the Tina Turk panels). I have been searching high and low for pillows containing those colors and am at a loss! If you have any information on them, I'd be so appreciative! Thank you!
I liked the wall decor in the second picture and also the one above the electric fire places
Thanks for sharing! As one that loves to go to the parade of homes, I couldn't go, so I loved getting a glimpse of it here.
