I am seriously so close to being done with the model home! Just one more install to go! I’m hoping to get it photographed next week and I can’t wait to share it with you. I sure hope you all will think it was worth the wait!

The couch is from macys. I bought it two 3 years ago and its still in great condition. You will be so happy with the price.
I feel the same about sectionals…most of them look, blah. I've been searching for one forever and I found two good and comfy options at Knight Furniture (I was desperate…it was the one just off the Lehi Main exit). The option that we are going with looks similar to the west elm one, They had at least 40+ fabric/upholstery options to choose from. Some were ugg (I was particular on color and fabric type) but there were a few that were good and they had several different configurations so it will be able to fit our space perfectly….maybe it's worth a try? I couldn't find it on their website, sorry!
I adore that couch! And is that by any chance the chevron indoor/ outdoor rug from Ballard? I'm looking at their catalog right now and considering that same rug!
