I love Million Dollar Decorators and I am a HUGE fan of Jeffrey Alan Marks. I recently fell in love with this living room that he designed. The black and white trend is my new favorite thing. The rug adds a great graphic impact in this room. I love how this room still feels casual while remaining chic and timeless. I could see this home with a waterfront view. Although the room doesn’t feel “beachy” it still maintains a beachy vibe with the natural seagrass rug, the sailboat and the planked walls and ceiling. If I only had a lakehouse!
