If you follow me on instagram (@kirstenkrason) you are probably used to seeing snippets of life in my neighborhood of Daybreak. All of the above pictures were taken right in my neighborhood. We have lived here for 5 years and have loved every second of it. It’s amazing for kids and even adults who are young at heart! With walking trails, tennis and volleyball courts, multiple parks, a lake, beaches, boats, a pool and great shopping you literally never need to leave!
Plus the houses are adorable.
Right now Daybreak is opening up a new area for new homes called Lake Village. They had a few bloggers out for a day of fun including myself, Marianne from White + Gold Design, Jen from With Heart and Desiree from the 36th Avenue.
We had a blast experiencing the new Lake Village!
You are literally seconds away from the lake and from doing this…
…. and having lake side chats on your front porch with your friends like this…
There is also an amazing new park up the street where you can find all kinds of adventures.
And amazing shopping right down the road…
Which you could actually just ride your bike to…
I am not kidding you. This neighborhood is amazing and Lake Village is where it’s at!
If you want another look at the views from Lake Village check out this amazing dinner we attended last week right on the lake.

Each of us bloggers will be designing a virtual dream home within Lake Village. I can’t wait to show you what my dream lake house will look like! Don’t forget to follow along with the other bloggers as well! They are all super talented.
Make sure you tune in tomorrow to see the reveal of our nautical playroom!
It's beautiful out there, my parents are about to start building in Lake Village and I'm so excited to come visit them!!!!
Beautiful photos! Just curious…the shirt you're wearing during the Lake Village tour – where is that from??? I love it!
It's from Nest Boutique. The store in the post. SO many cute things there!
Looks like such a beautiful place to live. Your pictures are so fun. Thanks for sharing.
Did Daybreak pay you to write this? I am always skeptical when I read blogs like this that seem like advertisements.
