How does my style differ from others in my genre?
There are truly so many talented designers out there. It’s hard to say that any of us are better than each other but we are all unique in our design style.  I think you could give all of us the same pieces to put in a room and we’d probably all style and design the room differently! One of things I love most about putting a room together is trying to incorporate a classic feel while infusing lots of fun and colorful elements. I like spaces that feel lively but also sophisticated. 

What am I working on?
My business partner Erin and I are working on lots of great projects! I think the best thing we’re doing right now is working on sprucing up our own homes. Stay tuned for some great house tours! We’ve each gone through a transition in the feel that we want our homes to have so we’ve been sprucing up different areas. I’ve been putting the finishing touches on a new living room design, an office reveal, sprucing up the kitchen and adding some new elements to the master bedroom. I can’t wait to share the spaces with you!

Why do I write/create what I do?
It’s hard for me to explain sometimes to people how much I love what I do.  I feel incredibly blessed to be able to do what I do. I do what I do because I can’t imagine life without it. I feel like every home, room and space has great potential for beauty. It doesn’t always take millions of dollars and an incredible eye to make a room special. Sometimes it just takes a little love, a little attention and a few changes to bring out the beauty of a space. I love being able to do that for people.  I feel so lucky.
