In the Kaysville New Build we had four boy’s rooms to design! We didn’t want to just throw together three generic room. We wanted each of them to be a reflection of the boys, their interests and the things that made them unique.
Our first space was the oldest boys room. This son loves football, the military and is really patriotic. We did custom bookshelves framing the bed to give places to store items and display keepsakes.

For the second boys room we did a custom headboard and also had an American flag custom framed.
Blue Pillows / Lantern Table Lamp /Headboard Fabric / Nightstand
We had so much fun doing this third boy’s room. He is the youngest in the family so we wanted to do something that felt fun and youthful but would also follow him into his older teenage years. We had a custom bed made that looks like it’s hanging from the ceiling.
Leather Pillow / John Elway Art / Wallpaper / Chair / Chandelier / Custom Bed
For the fourth boy’s room we stuck with gray tones with pops of green. You’ll notice more sports tones in this room. All of these boys love all sports! We also brought in a wood bed to bring in the farmhouse bedroom feel.
Gray & White Pillows / Table Lamps / Bed
Moving onto the kids bathrooms! We had two bathrooms and a powder bath to design for the boys.
This little bathroom was tucked between two bedrooms and it didn’t have any natural light. We decided to embrace the moody feel and bring in a dramatic wallpaper. It’s a wallpaper that still feels masculine which is sometimes hard to find in wallpapers.

In this jack & jill bathroom we went with a classic farmhouse color scheme with blue, gray and white.

These are such fun boys’ rooms. I’d love to know the carpet you used here. I’d also love to know the carpet you used in the mapleton master bedroom. Would you mind sharing those?
