We’re wrapping up the Deer Vista New Build Photo Tours today! Get caught up by checking out part one, two, and three. We worked with Killowen Construction to create a beautiful space with the best views.
Our clients wanted the basement to be a large entertainment area for their family, as well as some extra bedrooms for their kids to stay. It’s even got a walkout basement onto a patio with a fire pit, and a gym room to be able to work out at home, complete with a steam shower. We don’t have photographs of it all, but keep scrolling to tour the beautiful space.
You’ll notice like the rest of the home, we based the designs around the amazing views from every window!
The kitchenette was a space we could add some fun color to. We used deep green cabinetry and a pop of copper in the lighting. Still keeping the warm tone theme throughout all the spaces to keep the home cohesive.
There’s a lot of custom stained wood finishes in the basement from the bathrooms to the tv built-ins, but they all coordinate and don’t compete with each other.
