We are excited to reveal our latest design today! The Centerville project was so much fun to work on. We feel so lucky when our clients have great taste and make our job easy. Our main challenge in the Living Room was to fill the long white wall. We did so by sourcing a large floor mirror to take up visual space and also reflect a lot of light into the space.
We chose leather and gray for the sofas so that this family with children wouldn’t need to worry about dirty hands.
The Dining area was directly off the Living so we kept it simple with a custom made wood table and bench and white chairs.
We love the pop of pattern with the floor tile we sourced.
The Kitchen really stands out with the blue island and pretty brass details throughout.

Beautiful job. I love the navy island and the pendant lights. Question – what floor tile did you use, it is a beautiful oolor and looks like the real thing.
Michele Q
Beautiful job again! Love your work! I love the mix of pillows! Could you share where the blush pink pillow on the gray couch is from?
So glad you like the pillow! We got the fabric here. http://www.lisafinetextiles.com/Lisa_Fine_Textiles/Pandora_Terra_Cotta.html
Thanks so much!
This space is absolutely stunning! I have been considering painting the majority of the first floor of our home BM Chantilly Lace for quite some time, and this is the push that I needed to commit. It looks amazing- so crisp and clean.
Love this! I love seeing what can be done with a remodel. We are planning our own and it’s inspiring to see what can be done to make a place feel new and fresh. You brought things together beautifully. I was wondering if the cabinets were custom?
Bravo! One of my favorites you have ever done! Seems like with each reveal, the new one is always my favorite 🙂
Would love to see a post on good side table options to put between two couches. It’s a similar set-up to what we have in our home, but I find that most side tables are not big enough. Especially if you need to put a lamp on it too. Any guidance you could share would be appreciated.
This is a great post idea! We’ll write one soon with our tips 🙂
It is beautiful – so crisp and clean – love the 2 different couches and window treatments — especially love the large mirror! Can you share the source for the floor tile, please? It is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Thank you!
That mirror is such an amazing, creative choice! So different than the usual over-the-sofa options. I’m in love with this whole project! Those rattan Pottery Barn chairs are great, too, and on sale 🙂
Loving the zig-zag pillow on the gray sofa; would you be kind enough to share that source?
Hi Deanna,
We purchased it locally at Alice Lane Home Collection.
What a great flow! Would you be able to to tell me where the floating shelves in the kitchen are from? And if they are custom, how your contracted put them? They’re awesome!
The shelves were built custom by the contractor just to fit the space and color to match flooring.
Beautiful design. I’ve been looking for the wood beads you often use and can’t find any. Will you share the source on those?
Wood bead source:) ?
Wow!
Which Surya Rug is that? It’s fantastic!
It’s the Cappadocia
Hey Girls,
Where did you purchase the appliance pulls for the project?
Searching high and low for good brass finish.
Thanks
The hardware is from Pottery Barn, but don’t have a source for the appliance pulls.
I just adore this whole design. Awesome job! Can I ask if you have the source on the wood flooring? I would love to know! TIA!
Thank you! The flooring is European Modani Valenza.
Wow! This is some serious eye candy. Great job!
Hi! Beautiful work. Would you mind sharing the countertop info and backsplash source? Thanks!
We don’t have exact sources but the backsplash was just a regular white 3×6 subway available at any local tile shop. The counters are just a faux marble quartz. We don’t have that source.
Beautiful project. I love the wall sconces over the fireplace. I had spotted them in Brass in a pottery barn catalog but I cannot find them from any of pottery barns many companies. Now I see them in your amazing living room and know they actually exist. Please!!! can you share your source for the sconces?
So much appreciated.
You can find them here: http://rstyle.me/n/bjsbd5b2z4x
I don’t think this is a duplicate request, but please do tell where the globe pendants are from over the island. Thx
They’re from circa lighting. http://www.circalighting.com/search_results.aspx?q=TOB5226/G4
Is the fiddle leaf fig real? If so, would love to know where it came from! Everything is so beautiful-great job!
It’s from a local greenhouse call Cactus and Tropicals located in Draper, Utah.
Could you share the source for the rug under the swing! Love your work!
It is vintage and already belonged to the client.
Would you mind sharing where you purchased the wood blinds? Thank you!
They are from Smith and Noble.
Do you know which color these are? Thanks for sharing your sources!!! Beautiful work!
Looks so beautiful! What size is the entry way pendant light? Small, medium, or large? Also what size pendant light do you recommend over a kitchen table? Thanks!
It was the large option.
Love this fireplace! Would love to know where you got the wood beam from that you are using as a mantle. Also, is that just white painted brick you used?
Any local fireplace should be able to do the mantle, like Hearth and Home or Alpine Fireplace in Utah.
I love the metal railing with the circles, can I buy that or is it custom made?
Thanks
It was custom.
Beautiful! The sofa link is broken. Would you mind giving the source?
Sorry. It is fixed now 🙂
I know you provided a link for the grey sofa, but I keep getting an error message when I click on it. Would you mind sharing where it is from?
I don’t see the floor tile was ever sourced or mentioned in the comments, would you mind sharing? Its beautiful.
Thank you so much!
The floor is actually hardwood. We don’t have that information. The tile we were showcasing was one the fireplace. 🙂
What are the dimensions of the mantle? (Depth, length and thickness?) Love everything, by the way. Such a cool style.
We don’t have the exact dimensions. Sorry.
I absolutely love everything and want to use a lot of it in my upcoming kitchen renovation. What finish are the sink faucets in? Also the knobs on the French doors? Are they an oil rubbed bronze, flat black, or something different?
Flat black! We are loving black lately.
Hi! This may be a silly question, but I wondered where you got the large vase/jug from on the dining table –and also whether the branches are artificial or real? Thanks! Just found your blog. You do gorgeous work.
We bought it from a local shop in Utah.
Gorgeous!!!
What kind of white paint did you use on the wall? It’s so crisp and bright. Thank you!
Benjamin Moore’s Chantilly Lace
Do you remember what fabric/color you did for the Grey sofa? I love this whole room!
We don’t. Sorry!
So beautiful! Do you mind sharing what sie of the Ballard designs Eldridge pendant you used in the entry way? I’m wanting to put one over my kitchen nook area and having a hard time deciding between medium and large!
This one is the medium size.
I love the solid white tops against the dark wood floors. The lights above the island, and the window blinds, a perfect mix of rustic and slightly industrial colours and textures.
Thank you so much for this post, it is exactly the model I needed in designing our new home!! I’m currently painting our fireplace brick white, would you mind please sharing what color white paint you used for the brick? Was it also Benjamin Moore’a Chantilly Lace like you said above for the walls? Thanks!
Yes the fireplace is painted with the same paint as the walls 🙂
What color is the island… love it!
Benjamin Moore Hale Navy- https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/color-overview/find-your-color/color/HC-154/hale-navy?color=HC-154
Beautiful home! (I’m copying all of it!)
Quick question – is Chantilly Lace also on the ceiling and trim?
Yes good eye!
Love this look! What color is used for the kitchen cabinets? Also, did you use different finishes for walls, trim, ceiling & cabinets?
Yes the walls, trim ceiling and cabinets are all BM Chantily Lace
