We’re so excited to introduce our Deer Vista New Build! We worked with Killowen Construction to create a beautiful space with the best views. It took over two years so it’s about time we showed you how it turned out. Today we’re starting with the exterior, kitchen, pantry, and mudroom.
The client wanted a larger space for family and entertainment. We also wanted to accentuate these views as much as possible! Lighting was key in all of these spaces. We wanted them to be beautiful and eye-catching but not cover-up the view. Just wait until you see the view in the pantry.
The kitchen has a beautiful door that opens to a pantry that’s just as gorgeous as the kitchen.
See what we mean about views? Our client likes functional items to be hidden and as much pretty to be seen as possible, so we did panel front appliances and lots of closed cabinetry in the pantry. We wanted to bring in lots of natural elements, the quartzite countertops, the plaster hood with the Barnwood detail, the custom stained wood island that matches the panel front fridge and freezer.
As you head down the hall, you’re led to an office area and a mudroom.
Like what you see? Good news, there’s more to come! We’ll be back next week with the living room.
