The Midway New Build was designed with a French farmhouse-inspired palette of neutrals and soft color accents. The entry and living spaces feature warm wood beams and tailored built-in seating, while the kitchen and dining area balance classic all-white cabinetry with wood tones, glass cabinet fronts, open shelving, and a family-sized custom dining table to create a calm yet inviting heart of the home.
Function and comfort were key throughout, from the mudroom and laundry that greet guests with practical storage and a casual workspace, to the basement designed for relaxed family time with shiplap walls, abundant natural light, a custom sectional, a kitchenette with seating, and playful features like a ping-pong table and oversized Scrabble board.
