The series is back with another living room in need of help.
Sarah approached me with a living room in need of some life. She had picked out a floral ottoman awhile ago and try as she might she just couldn’t make it work in the room. She sent me this picture of the room and asked for my help in taking the room from good to great!
As you can see the room was screaming for curtains, new pillows and we needed to figure out toy storage as this room doubles as a play room. I gave her some suggestions on pillows and curtains and here is the room now!
I chose these curtains from Ballard because I loved the large pattern. The background is much tanner than it appears online so keep that in mind. But I think it works great in her room.
We also replaced the old pillows with some great graphic ones from Serena and Lily. And a couple of blue chevron ones as well.
I also suggested this shelf for the needed toy storage.
Sarah is also going to reupholster her ottoman in a navy velvet. I think these small changes have really helped freshen the room up. It’s amazing what new textiles can do in a room!
Looks great! I love the curtains!
