In a normal world we buy books based off of the stories that are in them or from recommendations we get from a friend. We don’t care what the book looks like on the outside we just care about the inside. But when it comes to styling with books, the outside is the most important part. We still recommend buying books that interest you, just make sure they are fun to look at as well.
Books are a useful accessory which makes them more appealing to use in styling a space. They can add a pop of color into your neutral room. Or maybe some variation in height to your end table. Books can be used in almost every space in your home.

Remember the power of odds. The magic number is 3! When stacking books together we love to use 3 books, in variations of color and size. By doing this you are drawing the eye upward and creating a visual. We love to use a stack of books on an entryway table to add a variation of height and color.

Another great way to display your books is like a picture frame. We love to use display stands in kitchens to show off the cook books interesting covers. Its a great way to make your favorite cookbook more accessible when you need it.

We can’t forget about coffee tables. Coffee table books can be larger books or small. Stick to the same rule with stacking, you can never go wrong with 3. We love to use our designer books in living rooms. These books can be a great conversation starter or something your guests can flip through while they are waiting.

Kids rooms are always full of books, so why not display them!? They can act as pieces of art on a picture ledge or just a pop of color on a dresser.
