When designing the master bedroom and the master bathroom of the Kaysville New Build we wanted to create a sanctuary of layered textures and neutral tones. This space is really interesting because it’s divided into two different areas. We had a seating area as you walked in and then the bedroom area was on the other side of the room dividend by a floating brick fireplace.
Can we talk about this bed!? It’s the main event of this room. It was a splurge but so so worth it. It sets the stage for the perfect modern farmhouse bedroom. We kept the bedding very simple so the bed could stand on it’s own.
This master bedroom fireplace is done in white brick with a natural wood mantel. White brick has been a typical trend of modern farmhouse design and we still love it. It’s so classic and indicative of a true country home.
We love mixing up nightstands. Usually when we do two different nightstands we keep the table lamps consistent. We love these lamps. The dark color really helps to ground the space.
The master bathroom is everything we dreamed it would be. In a farmhouse it’s hard to find ways to add drama. This beautiful handmade tile allowed us to go bold in a classic farmhouse way!
The layering of brass on this beautiful patterned tile gives us butterflies. The faucet, mirror and wall sconce are the perfect addition to this gorgeous tile.
Our favorite part of this space is how light and airy it is. There is a lot of white but it’s balanced with the blue tones in the tile and the gray tones in the marble. We also did a large window to let light spill in. Don’t be afraid of windows in a bathroom! They add so much.

Thanks so much! The client already had the artwork; it’s an original piece.
Love this!! Do you know where the tiles are from?
Where did you get the vanity from? It is absolutely beautiful.
Hello, beautiful work! I would like to know where did you get the handmaid file in the bathroom? Gorgeous. 🙂
The link to the bathroom tile is broken, can you please share it?
Thanks!
Love the tub. Where can I source?
